- Students are put into groups of 4-5 - Each student in the group has a racquet, and the group has one ball - The groups line up in front of a wall or n squash court (one behind the other) - The first person hits the ball against the wall with a designated stroke, and then runs to the end of the line - The second person in line then hits the ball as it comes off the wall (ball can bounce once), and then runs to the back of the line, then the third person in line goes and so on - The object is to try to keep the ball going as long as you can - The teacher can change the stroke that groups are using, and also time the groups to see how many successful hits they can get in a certain time - This drill works on accuracy, force, consistency, and speed
